D.D. Johnice is a certified senior human resources professional (SPHR), and an accomplished and respected change management consultant, author, speaker and entrepreneur.
D.D.’s company, Spring4th Inc., D.D. combines her two passions–human resources and technology–to help individuals, small businesses and corporate clients to develop and implement strategies for growing their organizations or careers, improving organizational effectiveness and employee performance, and using technology to achieve business goals.
In her spare time, D.D. coaches and trains students and young adults to plan and build fulfilling careers. Her career guides–Everybody Else’s Guides–line the shelves of career services offices on many college campuses and she is often invited to speak to students.
